COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

The Community Development Authority (CDA) is formed by the Spotsylvania County Board of Supervisors to support the actions of building public improvements. The parcels that directly benefit from these public improvements may be included in the CDA District determined by the CDA.
